At Oakwood Capital Management Bruce serves as President & Chief Executive Officer and sits on the Investment Policy Committee. He is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts.

After extensive entrepreneurial experience, specifically in the real estate, import/export and home security businesses, Bruce joined RNC Capital Management in 1978. He became a Principal in 1984 and Director of Marketing and Client Service in 1992. As Senior Vice President, he served on the Executive Management Committee which involved overseeing all facets of the management of that company. As Director of Marketing Bruce took a lead role in the firm's product development, client services, new business development, marketing recruitment and training. In addition to being a leading producer in the marketing department and responsible for a large client base he also directed client services for all accounts, both institutional and private client. During Bruce's tenure he was instrumental in revamping performance presentation at the firm in order to bring it into compliance with current standards. He also supervised all presentation materials as well as the institutional marketing effort, directing the RFP process, the consultant effort and ensuring that the company's statistics were incorporated into major national databases. He was part of the Investment Policy Committee. Bruce finds it challenging to sit on the Boards of Directors of a select few charitable and commercial organizations.

Bruce enjoys skiing and golf and is an accomplished armchair quarterback. He confesses to a passion for computers and technological toys. He is father and favorite playmate to two beautiful girls, Alyssa and Sarah, and has been married to Marilyn, a Registered Nurse, for 18 years. Their family is completed by a champion Irish Terrier, Kealy and their newest addition, Riley.
