Elliott joins Oakwood Capital Management LLC with over eight years of experience in the financial services industry. As a part of Oakwood's Client Services and Marketing team, Elliott will focus not only on business development, but also on all aspects of understanding and analyzing client goals, establishing investment objectives, devising appropriate asset allocation strategies and recommending the most appropriate investment strategy.

Most recently, Elliott was a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch where he provided investment counseling to a broad base of private clients for the last six years. His experience in consulting with his clients particularly with their asset allocations, and broad knowledge of investment products (including stocks, bonds, cash management, mutual funds, hedge funds and insurance) perfectly lends itself to his advisory role with Oakwood clients.

Elliott and his wife, Lindsay, have been married for three years. Lindsay is a Director of Girls Marketing at Mattel. Elliott enjoys playing basketball and golf in his free time.
