As a knowledgeable member of Oakwood's marketing and client service team, Malou is responsible for providing marketing and client service support for Oakwood clients. She brings over 17 years of direct experience and client contact to this position.

Malou's prior experience includes five years at a Los Angeles based investment management firm where she worked closely with the Director of Marketing in performing portfolio analyses for prospective clients, along with substantive investment proposals based on clients' risk tolerance and investment objectives. She prepared formal review presentations for existing clients, detailing portfolio characteristics and holdings, total account performance, transaction summaries, and the market outlook. She also handled client inquiries and reconciled account discrepancies in an expedient manner.

Malou enjoys reading, movies, and NBA basketball. She's also a fitness buff and makes it a point to hit the gym on a regular basis.
